The dealership is great but I sat in the waiting room for an extra hour with no update while the gal went to lunch. They knew I was waiting and she also knew the updates were going to my husbands phone. So I was not happy waiting over an hour past my finished appt.

I first went to the dealership on Saturday, September 5, 2026, and spent approximately two hours there trying to obtain a newer, safer vehicle. I returned on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, to finalize the deal and spent another 3 hours and 42 minutes at the dealership. Altogether, I spent nearly six hours dealing with this purchase.

I recently brought my car to Luther/Park Place Motors to repair a sunroof leak. Before bringing it there, I had taken the car to another auto repair shop. They tried to diagnose the problem by cleaning out the drains, and after explaining what they found, where they found the water, and the work they completed, they recommended I take it elsewhere for further diagnosis and repair.

This dealership is friendly and convenient with the shuttle service that was immediately available and helpful since I have an injury. My advisor was flexible to work with me on appointment times and easy to get a hold of. He also worked with me on repair options that I was able to afford. My only complaint is that the option for my car to be picked up at my home was unavailable.

Great experience purchasing the car. Karl initiated the whole process and kept us informed throughout. Sent a video of the car explaining the features before we even visited the dealership. The negotiation was very easy and smooth, trade-in offer and process was hassle free too. Did not take us too long to decide.

Luther Park Place had good pictures online and a free Carfax report. The price was listed online and was the same in store. Stopped in to look at a car and Bram was helpful in making sure the car was clean and gassed up.
