Be careful of bait and switches from their sales and finance! We were lied to on two separate occasions while shopping for a BMW.
The first time, they showed us a lease offer with an EV credit and a high residual value. Once we went in, they told us there was no EV credit and lowered the residual value of the car below what they originally showed us.

They are very nice until you get the vehicle, I bought a used 2008 bmw 328xi an they took 1 month just to get a part for a steering wheel they were helpful with keeping me up to date an I had to message them for updates, there was an oil leak from the valve gaskets an they told me it was a 1,500$ fix them as soon as I get the vehicle an asked if they could fix for me they told me 5,500 an the steering wheel column when they replaced it broke the steering angle sensor an they are telling me ... Great experience purchasing the car. Karl initiated the whole process and kept us informed throughout. Sent a video of the car explaining the features before we even visited the dealership. The negotiation was very easy and smooth, trade-in offer and process was hassle free too. Did not take us too long to decide.

Luther Park Place had good pictures online and a free Carfax report. The price was listed online and was the same in store. Stopped in to look at a car and Bram was helpful in making sure the car was clean and gassed up. Overall good experience, but disappointing that when I arrived to test drive a used car it had a very empty gas tank with "zero" miles to empty. The next day we did end up purchasing the vehicle, and two days later the low tire pressure light went on. All four tires were low even though the vehicle just had in inspection and report done. These kinds of oversights make me question the attention to detail at this dealership.

Nice, clean and new. People were friendly and salesmen professional. Love vehicle purchased, however didn’t receive full tank of gas as agreed upon during negotiations. As we were leaving, I noticed low fuel gauge and questioned. Salesman said he would get a gas card to me. Never received one! Also, dealership promotes 10 cent off per gallon on gas with their holiday rewards card, however once received card I learned that Wisconsin and Michigan this doesn’t apply! Such would have been nice to know that upon purchasing of vehicles.

Great service from everyone at Park Place. I placed an order for Performance Center Delivery and it was handled flawlessly. Even thought it's a little drive I hope to check out their service department as well.
Sales and finance were helpful and good. Went to drive away in my car and it turned out service hadn’t even inspected it. They had the car a week with no communication despite my inquiries. I had to go there twice to find out about MY car. To this day, not sure what they did. Your VW service department is awful. I won’t be back.
Updated review Less than 10 days after signing the deal . I had to go back 2 times for incomplete documentation. The car had a minor damage likely at the time of shipping I had to make multiple calls visits to get updates on the promised parts , finally I was just informed that the plates on the car were the wrong one and I need to bring the car to put the new plates on …. I know this dealership has some good reviews .. I wish our experience was better .. but so far things have been very disappointing.
